Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 1, 2026

Vanset (“Vanset,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you visit vanset.co, request information, communicate with us, or use services provided by Vanset.

Information we collect and process

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, business name, email address, telephone number, message content, service preferences, appointment details, and other information you choose to submit. When a business uses Vanset, we may also process customer contact information, calls and messages, call metadata, appointment and lead information, business configuration, recordings or transcripts when enabled, and service or operational logs. The information involved depends on the configured service.

We may collect limited technical information about website and service use, such as browser type, device information, pages visited, and basic usage data.

How we use information

We may use information to respond to inquiries, configure and provide requested services, support customer communication, qualify leads, manage appointments, send confirmations or reminders, operate integrations and dashboards, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, maintain security and service reliability, keep business records, and comply with legal obligations.

Text messages and calls

When you provide a telephone number and consent to contact, you may receive calls or text messages related to your inquiry, requested demonstration, account, appointment, service, or support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages and reply HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own promotional or marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers that support message delivery, communications, hosting, security, and related business operations, subject to appropriate restrictions.

Service providers and AI processing

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers that help us host, operate, communicate, process requests, provide AI-assisted responses, store information, analyze service reliability, secure, or deliver our services. A configured AI provider may receive the conversation and business context needed to produce a response. The providers and information involved depend on the services configured for a business.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction. See Data & Security for the current public provider overview.

Customer communications data

When Vanset provides communication services to a business, information may be processed on behalf of that business. The business retains its rights to the customer and business information it provides and is responsible for applicable notices, permissions, lawful instructions, and recording or messaging consent. Vanset uses that information to provide the requested service and as described in the applicable customer agreement.

Recordings and transcripts

Calls may be recorded or transcribed when those features are enabled for a configured service. Recording, transcription, provider storage, and retention settings can vary. Vanset does not state a universal retention period where the applicable configuration or provider setting has not been established.

Retention and termination

We retain information as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy and the applicable customer agreement. Retention may also be required for billing, fraud prevention, security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and operational continuity. Ending service does not necessarily delete every copy immediately, and applicable handling may depend on the service configuration and third-party provider settings.

Access, export, correction, and deletion

Businesses and individuals may contact us regarding access, export, correction, or deletion requests. Requests are evaluated under the applicable customer agreement and law and may be limited by legal, billing, security, provider, backup, or technical retention requirements. Vanset does not currently advertise automated self-service export or deletion.

International processing

Our service providers may process information in jurisdictions other than where you or your customers are located. Applicable protections depend on the provider, agreement, configuration, and law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the service and work with infrastructure providers to operate it. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, and this policy does not promise that unauthorized access or loss can never occur.

Your choices

You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP and request help by replying HELP. For other privacy choices or requests, contact us using the address below.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The updated date at the top will indicate when the policy was last revised.
